• Did not upload their O’Level results early
• Did not meet COOU merit cut-off mark
• Were narrowly omitted during the first batch of admissions
• Have been offered admission through VC list

3. VC admission list

During the 2025 JAMB Policy Meeting, JAMB stated that VC Admission list is illegal but still operational in Nigeria.

However, before any university can use the 10% exemption mode, it must first admit 90% of students through the standard admission process.

This means that COOU VC Admission List is usually the last to be released.
